PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and dimensions. However, due to differences in screen displays and photography, the actual product may vary slightly from images on the Site.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or product description errors
- Shipping address restrictions

If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment made.

PRICING ERRORS

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made, even after order confirmation. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

For pre-orders, your payment is processed at the time of order, not at the time of shipping. See our Pre-Order Terms for details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the address you provided.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are preserved and cannot be excluded.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order purchases are subject to our Pre-Order Terms in addition to these Terms. Where the Pre-Order Terms differ from these Terms, the Pre-Order Terms apply to pre-order purchases.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, photography, and the "Kooshl" name and trademarks, are the property of Kooshl or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You may share Site content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution.

USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant Kooshl a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own, does not infringe on anyone else's rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.

PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

Where such events prevent fulfillment for an extended period, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
