We ship Kooshl products to all Australian addresses. Here's what to expect.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship Australia-wide, including:
- All metro and capital city addresses
- Regional and rural addresses
- Tasmania, Northern Territory, and remote areas
- PO Boxes and parcel lockers (Australia Post)
We do not currently ship to international addresses from kooshl.com.au. International customers can order from kooshl.com (Europe-based).
SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $100
Express shipping: AUD $14.95 (available at checkout)
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
Pre-orders ship per the timeline on the product page and our Pre-Order Terms.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping:
Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within:
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metro: 4-7 business days
- Adelaide, Perth, Canberra metro: 5-8 business days
- Regional addresses: 8-11 business days
- Tasmania: 5-8 business days
- Northern Territory and remote: 10-16 business days
Express Shipping:
Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within:
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metro: 3-5 business days
- Adelaide, Perth, Canberra metro: 4-6 business days
- Regional addresses: 7-10 business days
- Tasmania: 4-7 business days
- Northern Territory and remote: 9-13 business days
These are estimates from our shipping carrier. Severe weather, public holidays, and peak periods may extend these times.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order leaves our warehouse. Use the link in that email to track delivery.
If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of ordering (or by your stated pre-order ship date), check your spam folder, then contact us.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at support@kooshl.com
- Include your order number and any photos of damage
- We'll work with the carrier to resolve and send a replacement or refund
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES
We can change your delivery address before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, address changes must go through the carrier directly.
